Latitude Image´s partner and award-winning aerial photographer Andrew Buchanan takes us high into the air to survey the host of the 2015 U.S. Open, Chambers Bay.
The up-and-coming newly updated and newly opened Chambers Bay is The first pacific northwestern golf course to host the U.S. Open in history, it was created by the illustrious firm of Robert Trent Jones II and specially tailored after the USGA (United States Golf Association) very high standards, with features like a 70-foot tall sand dune, fairways the size of football fields and 60-foot long trees. “Chambers Bay may be the closest recreation of a Scottish linksland course this side of the Atlantic” (www.chambersbay.com), and we at Latitude Image have to agree, we will let our pictures convince any naysayers.
Time to Tee up!
