Prince of Wales Railway Bridge, Ottawa
Luckily for Rob Huntley, a kite aerial photographer, the winds in his nation’s capital typically stay in the double-digit mark so he can capture the charming serenity of the Prince of Wales Railway Bridge set against the backdrop of a snowy Ottawa, Canada. The wind levels here don’t get too high but the thermometer certainly drops low in the winter time: average January minimum temperature is −14.8 °C (5.4 °F). If one can handle the cold, however, it’s certainly worth it to visit to Ottawa; Mercer has ranked the city 14th in the world for quality of living and 3rd in the world for cleanliness.
