From a Cessna 172, Latitude Image partner Brett Price will capture one-of-a-kind aerial images of the 2014 Australian Open, with Rafael Nadal and Bernard Tomic highlighting Monday’s first round.
In the first Grand Slam Tournament of the year, the world’s best men, women, and doubles teams will meet in Melbourne, Australia to face off for the title of Australian Open 2014 winner. The competition will run from January 13th to January 26th and will feature the talents of top seeded male players like Nadal, Djokovic, Murray, and Federer, and top seeded female players like Williams, Azarenka, Li, and Sherapova.
Aerial photographer and Australia native Brett Price, renowned for his wide-angle skylines and images of his country’s largest cities at dusk, will enlist his trusted 16-35mm lens on a Canon EOS Camera on Monday. Of his much-beloved lens and camera he says, “This makes for nice wide shots with amazing detail.”
Brett will use his unique vantage point to capture Monday night’s much-anticipated match between Australia’s own Bernard Tomic and world-ranked No. 1 Spanish player Rafael Nadal.
